My mission is to empower individuals and couples toward a healthy, complete relationship with Christ, with themselves, and with their spouses.
I am especially passionate about helping engaged and newly married couples prepare for a lifelong, deeply fulfilling intimacy in marriage. I also stand alongside couples overcoming disconnection, low desire, and other intimacy challenges.
With certification in sexology from the Sexology Institute and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Saginaw Valley State University, I combine evidence-based methodologies with deep empathy, creativity, and unwavering integrity.

Through personal coaching, dynamic tools, and engaging workshops, we co-create meaningful change—turning intention into action. Together, we work toward healing shame, rebuilding emotional safety, strengthening communication, and restoring connection.
